Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 12 years’ directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Grade 23: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 14 years’ directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated 12–24-month supply chain demand forecast based on project schedules, operational requirements, maintenance needs, engineering deliverables, and critical spares.
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, and Acquisition Management.
• Facilitate early identification and development of procurement requirements to improve planning and reduce emergent acquisition activity.
• Monitor readiness of technical requirements, specifications, statements of work, bills of material, and other inputs necessary to support procurement execution.
• Identify and actively manage long lead, mission critical, single source, obsolete, and supply constrained materials and services.
