Job summary

ICM Ventures Inc in Kansas seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to build and lead the systems, people, supplier relationships, and operating discipline needed to support project delivery, Aftermarket Services (AMS), manufacturing, and regional execution.

This hands-on builder will move ICM from reactive expediting to proactive supply chain control by improving visibility, supplier discipline, buying leverage, D365-enabled workflows, and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, or complex projects.
• Proven supplier relationships, negotiation, spend analysis, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP/workflow optimization, preferably D365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build the supply chain operating system, including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and logistics.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships with segmentation, scorecards, and risk reviews.
• Consolidate spend and improve pricing, availability, lead times, and supplier accountability.
• Enable project delivery, AMS, and regional execution with better material readiness and logistics planning.
• Strengthen inventory, warehouse, and facilities discipline with accuracy and controls.
• Provide decision-ready reporting on supplier performance, materials, and capacity.
• Lead and develop Project Buyers, Warehouse, and Inventory teams; collaborate with IT/Finance on D365.
• Capture lessons learned to raise standards and planning in future cycles.
