Pacific Aero Tech in Kent, WA seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead materials, services, and supply requirements for a fast-growing business. You will champion materials planning, purchasing, and supplier performance, coordinating with Engineering and Production to optimize throughput and customer satisfaction.

The role oversees supply planning, purchasing, and warehouse activities, driving improvements in delivery, cost, and process efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or MRO industrial services environment.
• ERP knowledge and experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting practices.
• Experience in Planning, Production, Purchasing and/or Customer Service.
• Prior management of direct staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software such as Pentagon.
• Must understand, speak, read, and write English (FAA Requirement).

Mansioni

• Partner with Sales/Customer Service, Production/Shop leadership, and materials to develop and execute date driven schedules for on-time delivery.
• Overcome supply chain obstacles and bottlenecks; secure multiple sources for critical supplies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to develop a 12-month forecast and align suppliers to optimize availability and cost.
• Communicate and monitor customer instructions and allocations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead initiatives for Used Serviceable Materials and feedstock core programs.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Place purchase orders in ERP and manage PPV for AP when necessary.
• Drive delivery strategy with suppliers and manage supplier relationships for reliability.
• Analyze purchasing data to support strategic decisions.
