Job summary

Talentify's client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Everett, WA to lead procurement, material planning, supplier performance, and inventory execution in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen material flow and delivery performance.

You will drive end-to-end process improvements, manage ERP/MRP data integrity, partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Finance, and build scalable supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–10+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supplier management, and inventory control activities in support of production and business goals.
• Establish clear priorities, accountability, and execution discipline across supply chain functions.
• Ensure supply chain activities support uninterrupted production, on-time delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop scalable processes that improve consistency, visibility, and operational control.
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance to align supply chain priorities with production demand.
