Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director of Supply Chain in North Hollywood to lead planning, purchasing, shipping, and inventory control, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and alignment with demand and production capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics teams.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of AS9100, FAA, or DoD requirements is essential.
• Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-mix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Integrate Planning, Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Control functions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Program Management on build schedules and changes.
• Drive metrics and dashboards for material flow, inventory health, and supplier performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, freight, and compliance with ITAR/EAR.
• Develop and mentor supply chain personnel and foster data-driven decision making.
