Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationships, and procurement expertise.
• Excellent communication, analytics, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing and audits is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Purchasing, Material Control, Supplier Development, and Logistics.
• Drive KPI-based performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance and support audits and CAPAs.
• Lead supplier negotiations, long-term agreements, and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners.
• Support ITAR/EAR compliance for domestic and international shipments.
