Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our Supply Chain Strategy team, collaborating with our Global M&A Capability practice. This role serves as a trusted advisor on mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation where supply chain adds value and risk.

You will lead strategy engagements, assess platform landscapes, and develop roadmaps aligning capabilities with business value and GTM objectives. Global travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client‑facing engagements from initiation through post‑go‑live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
