Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation where supply chain is a key value driver.

We are open to hiring in multiple locations and travel will be required to serve client needs. The role blends supply chain domain depth with enterprise platform fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and capability assessment
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing
