Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global team. You will advise on mergers, acquisitions and enterprise transformations where supply chain is a value driver and risk factor.

You’ll lead strategy engagements, assess platforms, and develop roadmaps across people, process and technology. This role requires hands-on architecture and delivery leadership with cross-industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Ability to work across multiple industries and client sizes.

Responsabilités

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration planning, and capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify synergies and costs.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Create LOE analyses, complexity scores, and risk assessments for enterprise initiatives.
• Produce deliverables including business cases and implementation plans.
