Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global team. You will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, integration planning, and enterprise transformation with a focus on supply chain value creation and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to map platform landscapes, identify synergies, and develop roadmaps that translate technology decisions into business outcomes. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Delivery Lead and Solution Architect experience on similar engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A readiness and integration/separation planning engagements.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate enterprise platforms for supply chain synergies and costs.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligning platforms with business value streams and GTM goals.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align priorities and risks.
