Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor on mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations where supply chain adds value and risk.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, platform fluency, and the ability to drive strategic roadmaps across multiple industries. You’ll lead advisory engagements, partner with client leadership, and guide solution architecture while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Ability to context-switch between strategic leadership and hands-on technical design.
• Strong analytical skills to assess LOE, complexity, and risk across enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including business cases, capability assessments, and implementation plans.
