Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global team and work on strategic M&A engagements, supply chain integrations, and enterprise platform enablement. You will partner with clients to shape strategy, drive delivery, and architect solutions that deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes hands-on platform configuration, senior consultant-level leadership, and collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience working across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on background configuring enterprise business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
