Job summary

Slalom is hiring a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our Strategy team. You will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and transformations, blending supply chain depth with platform fluency to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead engagements across planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and digital transformation, partnering with leadership and leveraging AI tools to elevate client value. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Delivery Lead and Solution Architect roles on the same or comparable engagements.
Ability to context-switch between strategic leadership and hands-on technical design.

Responsibilities

Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
Conduct LOE analysis, complexity scoring, and risk assessments for enterprise initiatives.
