Job summary

MCC is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive strategic vendor managed inventory and collaborative replenishment programs. You will partner with Sales and executive leadership to deliver analytics, optimize costs, and govern enterprise data and KPI frameworks across manufacturing sites.

You will build and lead high-performing analytics and VMI teams, champion Lean/Six Sigma, and guide cross-functional improvements to inventory, forecasting, and replenishment for long-term value creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership with strategic planning and execution.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships with distribution networks.
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, replenishment and networks.
• Advanced analytics translating large data sets into strategic outcomes.
• Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement with measurable impact.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in CPG/manufacturing/packaging/printing recommended.
• Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and planning systems; customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction for VMI and replenishment programs with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
• Advise executives with analytics, insights, and recommendations across the value chain.
• Lead enterprise supply chain initiatives to improve cost, service and working capital.
• Architect VMI frameworks with standardized operating models across sites.
• Develop analytics and data teams focused on inventory optimization and forecast accuracy.
• Establish enterprise KPI frameworks and digital dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Maintain executive relationships with key accounts as supply chain lead.
• Lead CPFR and integrated business planning aligning demand, planning and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute account-specific supply chain strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
• Support M&A integrations and adoption of best practices across the enterprise.
