Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a senior supply chain leader to own enterprise VMI initiatives and partner with sales to deliver value-added services. You will drive data-driven decisions, develop KPI frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing sites.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cost optimization, and strong executive communication to advance customer partnerships and optimize the global value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale customer relationships with sophisticated networks.
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise across end-to-end supply chain functions including demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities translating large data sets into insights and outcomes.
• Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and set strategic direction for VMI and replenishment programs with enterprise standards.
• Deliver advanced analytics, insights, and recommendations influencing key decisions.
• Lead enterprise supply chain initiatives to improve cost, service, and working capital.
• Architect best-in-class VMI frameworks and standardized operating models across sites.
• Build and lead analytics and VMI teams with a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Govern data strategy and data integrity across systems for accuracy and scalability.
• Drive analytics to optimize inventory, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Design enterprise KPI frameworks and dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Manage executive relationships with key strategic accounts as supply chain leader.
• Lead CPFR and VMI integrated planning aligning demand, planning, and finance.
• Develop account-specific strategies to grow revenue and improve partnerships.
