GAF is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end distribution strategy for our Plant/Site operations in Fontana, CA. You will partner with Corporate/Plant Logistics, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Care to align staffing, safety, and performance goals.

This role requires driving cost improvements, optimizing inventory, and coordinating with external partners to ensure high service levels while maintaining quality and compliance within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment preferred, or GED with 7+ years experience.
• APICS Certification preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, production planning and transportation environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety and training initiatives for Shipping/Warehousing and Private Fleet operations.
• Drive end-to-end site supply chain cost reductions and optimize distribution strategy.
• Manage production scheduling, raw material ordering, and inventory controls to meet service goals.
• Ensure quality compliance for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and service providers to meet needs.
• Develop staffing and training plans for logistics personnel to align with goals.
