GAF Materials Corp. seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the distribution strategy for the Plant/Site, coordinating with Corporate/Plant Logistics, Transportation, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and more.

The role advances safety, cost-efficiency, and service reliability across inbound, outbound, and private fleet operations. The candidate will staff and develop Supply Chain personnel, drive KPI improvements, and ensure quality and compliance in logistics processes while collaborating with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in a high-volume manufacturing/distribution environment.
• HS Diploma (GED) with 7+ years in a high-volume manufacturing/distribution environment.
• APICS Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team to meet site safety goals and develop safety culture in Shipping/Warehousing and Private Fleet operations.
• Drive down supply chain costs by managing end-to-end site resources and developing a distribution strategy.
• Manage production scheduling, raw material ordering, and transportation to meet service and volume goals.
• Ensure quality, supplier assessments, and adherence to contracts and delivery requirements.
• Provide training and staffing for logistics employees to align with site goals.
