Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
• 3+ Years of Leadership Experience.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Problem solving with statistical expertise.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
• Analytical and Six Sigma methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operating departments in statistical applications, process capability assessment, and problem solving.
• Coordinate plant technical support activities and participate on project teams to improve processes and materials.
• Capture and implement best practices; ensure root cause analysis is integral to plant culture.
• Drive production, engineering and quality optimization aligning with customer needs.
• Support departments with accurate process standard databases and material tracking.
• Manage quality audits and reporting; oversee trials for process improvements and new products.
