Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops the SC&P Expertise team to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.
• Establishes clear performance expectations, development plans, succession strategies, and talent management processes.
• Promotes a culture of safety, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Translates business and functional priorities into executable plans for the SC&P Expertise organization.
• Drives execution of Supply Chain Strategy and CIP initiatives, meeting safety, service, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness targets.
• Provides leadership and governance for inventory management processes to balance service, working capital, and cost.
• Monitors inventory performance metrics and collaborates with teams to mitigate stock risk and obsolescence.
• Drives inventory optimization through data analytics, forecasting improvements, material planning, and digital solutions.
• Ensures governance, internal controls, and policy adherence with corrective actions when needed.
• Maintains strong control environment and audit readiness across inventory governance.
• Champions continuous improvement and digital transformation leveraging KPI insights.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs to ensure accountability for results.
• Builds partnerships with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and align priorities.
