Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or related high-precision industries.
• Demonstrated expertise managing customer-facing supply chain execution and CTB in complex multi-country networks.
• Strong executive communication skills with internal leadership and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing regional Supply Chain organization, including buyers and managers.
• Serve as the senior Supply Chain partner to regional Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams.
• Establish standard work and escalation mechanisms for Supply Chain execution and CTB alignment.
• Own CTB execution for the region, ensuring a clear view of material availability and readiness to support build plans.
• Translate supplier constraints and lead-time realities into credible customer communications.
• Lead regional response to CTB misalignments, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Define and execute regional commodity and sourcing strategies to ensure capacity and capability.
• Own supplier delivery performance and capacity commitments for production and ramp requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regional performance reviews and recovery actions.
• Define and execute dual-source and resiliency strategies.
