Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder updates.
Experience with site services, MRO, construction, or capital projects procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

Localize and execute regional/global category strategies for the site.
Lead RFQ/RFP processes, evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract development.
Ensure POs, contracts, onboarding, and related procurement docs are completed on time.
Mitigate supplier risks and ensure compliance with ESG goals.
Establish KPIs, scorecards, and review mechanisms; monitor progress and escalate issues.
