Job summary

Puig is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to support the execution of the supply planning process across the U.S. and Canada. You will monitor inventory, coordinate with multiple teams, and help optimize service levels and inventory health for a portfolio of prestige brands.

The role emphasizes data analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work environment and opportunities in S&OP and broader supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data analysis experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory planning and supply visibility across US/Canada.
• Monitor inventory, lead times, and safety stock to protect service levels.
• Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze data, develop dashboards and reports for performance metrics.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency.
