Job summary

Umicore Group in the United States seeks a senior leader to manage the SC&P Expertise organization. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, reliable outcomes while aligning resources to meet departmental objectives.

You will drive inventory optimization, demand forecasting improvements, material planning, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring governance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain, inventory management and planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops the SC&P Expertise team to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.
• Establishes performance expectations and development plans to build capability.
• Drives inventory management, forecasting improvements, and material planning.
• Drives ongoing CIP initiatives to meet safety, service, cost and productivity targets.
• Represents SC&P in cross-functional forums and strategic initiatives.
