Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Leader in Irvine, CA to drive end‑to‑end supply chain performance. You will lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics and supplier development while building a resilient, cost‑efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial settings, hands-on MRP/ERP expertise, and a proven ability to develop teams and deliver sustained improvements in service, cost and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with progressive leadership experience in manufacturing/supply chain.
• MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, planning, inventory control, logistics and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement and materials management activities, including supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and compliance.
• Coordinate Production Planning MRPs to achieve on-time deliveries and align with division objectives.
• Manage data accuracy and ownership of the MRP database; drive KPI improvements across the supply chain.
