Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end material flow from demand through procurement and delivery. You will lead on-site teams across purchasing, planning, logistics, and inventory to meet customer expectations.

You will oversee SIOP execution, coordinate with business units, and push continuous improvements in cost, service, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Industry relevant certifications desired (i.e. APICS).
• 8+ years logistics/supply chain experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, and distribution center teams to ensure end-to-end flow from demand through procurement and delivery.
• Oversee planning, shipping/receiving, and inventory operations with matrix collaboration to support sales objectives.
• Drive execution of the SIOP process aligning demand, inventory, capacity and distribution resources.
• Ensure materials management and distribution align with inventory controls and customer service expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution processes.
