Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with progressive leadership experience.
• MBA or professional certification (APICS/ASCM, CPSM, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and materials management including supplier evaluation, certification, follow-up, price negotiation and compliance.
• Matrix responsibilities for Production Planning and MES/ERP data accuracy and ownership.
• Drive site supply chain metrics, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Benchmark and implement best practices; lead lean initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Oversee planning, purchasing, receiving, shipping, and stockroom operations; manage KPI delivery.
• Coach a high-performing supply chain team and develop partnerships across functions.
