Job summary

Parker Hannifin invites qualified professionals for the Planner Specialist role at our Irvine, CA facility. This on-site position focuses on aligning the Master Production Schedule with the master plan, coordinating across Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure timely materials flow and production readiness.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with supply chain emphasis, CPIM certification, and experience with MRP systems in aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain concentration desirable) or related field.
• CPIM certification is required.
• MRP systems and aerospace manufacturing experience desirable.
• Knowledge of production planning and process improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support the master schedule.
• Identifies supply gaps and recovers supply to protect on-time delivery.
• Coordinates with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, and Contract Administration.
• Manages item master, BOM, revision changes, and system integrity.
• Monitors KPIs such as DSI and other supply chain metrics.
• Applies Lean/Kaizen methods to improve internal processes and compliance.
