Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to guide the Maneuver Dominance program. You will drive strategic supply network development and cost management across lifecycles, collaborating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to deliver dependable, scalable solutions.

You will shape supplier relationships, manage BOMs, and optimize total cost of ownership while balancing schedule and risk in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in electronics and/or mechanical design development.
• Experience with supplier engagement and cost reduction activities.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection and leverage approved supplier lists.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development with clear statements of work.
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs with Quality & Manufacturing to ramp production.
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and oversee BOM risk assessments.
• Reduce complexity through component standardization and supplier rationalization.
• Lead cost engineering activities to converge cost curves to product cost and total cost of ownership.
• Address ad-hoc cost issues such as tariffs, import/export costs, and inflation.
