Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a high-agency Supply Chain Program Analyst to drive transparency, velocity, and risk mitigation across end-to-end hardware supply chains. You will partner with Sourcing Engineers, SIEs, planners, and production leads to transform procurement and inventory data into actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field or closely aligned area.
Minimum of 3 years of data analytics, supply chain, or operations analysis with focus on reporting and BI.

Responsibilities

Build production dashboards and automated reporting to track supply chain metrics (OTD, supplier quality, PPI, lead times, inventory health).
Perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks and cost drivers to mitigate risks.
Bridge engineering and procurement during New Product Introduction to track BOM maturity and tooling readiness.
Synthesize data from multiple systems into concise executive briefings for leadership.
Automate recurring reporting workflows across the supply chain organization.
