Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to oversee purchasing, sourcing, inventory, and material planning. You will drive supplier performance, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and continuous improvement mindset. You will mentor buyers, coordinate with scheduling and production, and develop KPI dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing software; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for purchasing, material availability, supplier delivery, and inventory issues.
• Provide functional guidance and training to Buyers and Coordinators; promote standardized practices.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure material availability.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve material constraints and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain reports tracking supplier performance, inventory health, and KPIs.
• Support supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Present supplier, inventory, and supply chain updates to management.
