Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Buyer to support brand initiatives, balance open-to-buy, and achieve financial targets for assigned categories. You will partner with Product Development, Planning, and Visual teams to assort products and determine store distribution.

Responsibilities include pricing, promotions, catalog content, and reporting sales data to leadership. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Buying/Merchant experience.
• College degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and multitask in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to meet or exceed financial goals for assigned category.
• Partner with Product Development and Planning to assort products.
• Determine store distribution and product mix in collaboration with Visual teams.
• Allocate merchandise to stores and set initial price points.
• Plan pre-seasonal promotions and manage catalog content with marketing.
• Create and report product sales data for leadership evaluation.
• Monitor inventory levels and balance open-to-buy with Planning.
• Respond promptly to store questions and collaborate with store/visual managers.
• Identify, develop, and retain talent as needed.
