Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to provide leadership for purchasing, sourcing, and inventory management across the supply chain, ensuring timely material availability and cost control. The role partners with procurement, planning, operations, and finance to align strategies with business goals.

You will drive supplier performance, resolve supply risks, and develop KPI dashboards, while mentoring Buyers and Coordinators in standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years related experience; high school diploma as minimum.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing software.
• Previous furniture manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve purchasing, material availability, supplier delivery, and inventory issues.
• Guide Buyers and Coordinators to promote standardized purchasing practices.
• Monitor supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules for material availability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for late deliveries and supply disruptions.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance, inventory health, and supply chain KPIs.
