Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Inventory Planning & Allocation Specialist to optimize merchandise movement across our warehouse network. You will analyze inbound and inter-facility product flow, develop data-driven plans, and deliver actionable insights to support operational efficiency and balanced inventory.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik), with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to partner with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed underEducation.
• 3–4 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Validate ASNs and collaborate to resolve discrepancies affecting inventory accuracy.
• Develop and manage daily receiving plans for containers and trailers across locations.
• Coordinate inbound flow schedules to support efficient unloading and put away.
• Analyze inventory by location and recommend balancing transfers.
• Monitor inbound shipment flow and identify bottlenecks.
