Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to oversee purchasing and supply chain activities, ensuring effective execution across sourcing, supplier management, inventory, material planning and purchasing functions. You will set priorities, drive supplier performance, lead root cause resolution and identify cost and risk reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years related experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for purchasing, material availability, supplier delivery, and inventory issues.
• Provide guidance and training to Buyers and Purchasing Coordinators to promote consistent purchasing practices.
• Monitor supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure material availability.
• Work with Scheduling, Operations, Production, and Corporate teams to resolve shortages and supply risks.
