Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader to develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for assigned accounts in the EMS/electronics sector. You will drive OTD performance, align forecasts with demand planning, and optimize inventory while managing working capital across multiple sites.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience coordinating with procurement and logistics teams in high-velocity environments.

Qualifications

• Candidate has strong background in customer program management and EMS/electronics market dynamics.
• Experience optimizing inventory and managing working capital.
• Proven ability to lead cross-regional, remote teams and negotiate favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes supply chain solutions aligned with service, cost, and risk priorities.
• Represents the Supply Chain organization with professionalism and accountability.
• Drives on-time delivery performance across programs and coordinates with demand planning.
• Partners with sourcing and procurement to identify cost-reduction opportunities and mitigate risks.
