Job summary

NEOTech in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a seasoned Purchasing and Sourcing Manager to lead a procurement team and drive strategic sourcing across raw materials, finished goods, and services.

You will establish supplier metrics, negotiate contracts, optimize inventory, and align supplier base with program costs and delivery targets.

Applicants should have 7–10 years in manufacturing purchasing, a bachelor’s in a related field, and professional certifications (APICS/NAPM) preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive purchasing & sourcing experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Production/Operations Management, or Engineering.
• NAPM/APICS certification or MBA preferred.
