Job summary

NEOTech in Los Angeles seeks a senior procurement leader to oversee purchasing and develop strategies for raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and outside services to benefit the company.

You will manage and mentor a dynamic team, establish supplier performance metrics, and drive cost reductions while ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and proven negotiation skills within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years progressive experience in Purchasing & Sourcing in manufacturing.
• Experience in developing procurement strategies and supplier performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals delivering procurement excellence.
• Establish measurable metrics for supplier performance, quality, and cost savings.
• Negotiate purchase orders and vendor contracts to meet critical business needs.
• Manage material flow and inventory levels to support on-time deliveries.
• Implement commodity and supply chain strategies for value and standardization.
• Develop an advantageous vendor base leveraging global markets and technologies.
• Provide sourcing support to New Program Teams and cost models.
• Drive materials savings initiatives aligned with the profit plan.
