Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end performance for assigned programs, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to align with business objectives and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities include BOM pricing and analysis, delivery execution, supplier performance management, and collaboration with engineering for product launches with a focus on cost optimization and working capital improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, sourcing, or commodity management.
• Experience owning supply chain activities across pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Ideal candidates should have experience with hyperscalers or rack integration, preferably in high-tech or EMS industries, and should be able to provide direct customer support rather than just vendor relationships.
• Exposure to strategic or high-dollar commodity negotiations.
• Experience supporting new product introductions or complex product launches.
• Strong analytical background with advanced reporting and office tools.
• Prior involvement in working capital optimization or inventory management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned programs or accounts.
• Lead supply chain processes from materials pricing and BOM analysis through delivery execution.
• Provide direction to commodity management teams and support source selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize products for supply chain performance and support flawless product launches.
• Lead costed bid analysis and quarterly BOM costing exercises.
• Manage supplier performance and participate in customer and supplier business reviews.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and cross-functional influence to independently develop solutions.
