Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in aerospace/defense or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven leadership across planning, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and material execution.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing challenges including long-lead components and obsolescence.
• Experience improving on-time delivery, supplier performance, and inventory health through disciplined execution.
• ERP/MRP-driven environments experience and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for the Space Electronics business unit.
• Lead core supply chain functions including planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory control, supplier management.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear roles and accountability.
• Drive material availability and on-time delivery for complex assemblies and long-lead commodities.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to align execution with schedules and milestones.
• Establish sourcing strategies for critical components and manage supplier qualification and risk.
