Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. in Clark, New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Account Supply Chain for the LDB brand to lead CPFR with major retailers and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will forecast, plan, and drive replenishment while managing the customer supply relationship.

You will analyze forecast data, optimize inventory, and build reporting that improves service levels and efficiency across the supply chain. Hybrid work options may apply for certain duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in CPFR or similar customer-facing supply chain role with major retailer.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and retailer systems experience.
• Advanced Excel; ERP (SAP) and BI tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive CPFR with the external customer and their team across item life cycle.
• Influence customer forecast, plan, and events, and manage customer supply relationship.
• Analyze data trends using customer systems to support planning and execution.
• Build internal relationships with Commercial, Demand Planning, Finance.
• Provide replenishment execution and forecasting intelligence for brand/category.
• Develop and maintain account-specific reporting and store-level analysis.
