Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in a complex manufacturing environment focusing on supply chain or production.
• 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Supplier Industrialization Engineering team.
