Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Germantown, MD is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain functions—planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance—to ensure quality, affordability, and on-time delivery for customers.

The role partners with operations, manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, contracts, and program management to strengthen supply continuity, reduce risk, and enable scalable growth while guiding SI&OP and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain activities in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for supply chain functions including sourcing, planning, warehousing, logistics, and related operations.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with priorities and financial targets.
• Establish metrics, governance, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Lead SI&OP processes from demand planning to material execution and lifecycle management.
• Drive cost, quality, delivery, and resilience improvements across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable program execution and supply continuity.
