The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM and 10+ years of experience in aerospace/defense supply chains, with ERP proficiency and the ability to manage complex programs with government contracts.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and adapt to changes.
• Experience with government contracts and ITAR/DFARS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives and customer commitments.
• Lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management across product categories including turnkey assemblies and components.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, long-term agreements, and supplier terms.
• Oversee shipping activities, freight management, and logistics providers.
