Job summary

Fareva in Richmond, VA is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Account Manager to act as the primary commercial and operational liaison for assigned customers, coordinating with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Procurement and Sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

The role requires SAP expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on improving service levels, resolving issues, and delivering data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
3+ years in customer service, supply chain, or account management.
Advanced SAP skills in IM/WM/SD and SAP reporting.
Strong Excel and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for assigned customers and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Manage inquiries related to service performance, order status, and inventory reconciliations.
Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
Develop data-driven insights using SAP and Excel to support decisions.
