Job summary

Vallen USA seeks a Program Manager, Supply Chain Services, to oversee the sales, operations and profitability for large supply chain customers. You will direct onsite associates and managers, develop logistics plans, budgets and procedures to maximize compliance and meet customer needs within budget.

You will provide financial reporting, inventories reconciliation, and ensure site audits and cycle counts are conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain).
• 7+ years of supply chain management experience or equivalent.
• Strong vendor-managed inventory understanding and data-driven thinking.
• Proven people leadership and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams and manage staffing.
• Contribute to strategic planning, direction and goal setting for the department.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet high-quality standards and cost optimization.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to address customer issues and deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance, report results, and drive ongoing program improvements.
• Ensure achievement of sales and profitability goals for portfolio of sites.
