Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate resolution of inquiries related to service performance, product release, shipping, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to improve order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
