Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in supply chain, manufacturing procurement, or related field.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-sufficient and willing to take ownership of tasks and learn new skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand and inventory for procurement.
• Place and manage purchase orders with vendors.
• Track on-ground stock and substitutions to reduce aged inventory.
• Provide insight on lead times, costs, and availability from vendor communications.
• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, AP, and plant receiving teams.
• Support continuous improvement efforts for procedures and automation.
