Job summary

RedBuilt LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to monitor demand and inventory for procurement, supporting just-in-time material needs. You will work with the internal manufacturing team to optimize stock levels using NetSuite and the Microsoft platform.

You will collaborate with plant management to advise material usage options, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand and inventory for procurement and just-in-time purchasing.
• Create and manage purchase orders with vendors and track deliveries.
• Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and plant teams to ensure accurate demand.
• Identify opportunities to reduce aged inventory and optimize material usage.
• Support continuous improvement and automation efforts within the team.
