Job summary

RedBuilt LLC in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate manufacturing planning across multiple locations and product lines, using NetSuite ERP and Microsoft tools to meet customer dates. You will work with plant management to align staffing and resource needs and ensure just-in-time production practices.

You’ll collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations to optimize schedules, communicate constraints, and drive continuous improvement in procedures and automation

Qualifications

3+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, scheduling or related field.
Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set production schedule across multiple locations and lines.
Monitor schedule changes and open shifts.
Coordinate dates and timelines with plant and project management.
Collaborate with sales and procurement to prioritize urgent work.
