Job summary

RedBuilt LLC is seeking a Production Scheduler to orchestrate manufacturing schedules across multiple locations and product lines. You will collaborate with supply chain, plant management, and sales to align inventory, timelines, and staffing for just-in-time production.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and Excel. Located in Stayton, OR with other U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, scheduling, or related field.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Self-sufficient with willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set Production Schedule across locations and product lines.
• Monitor schedule for date changes and available shifts.
• Coordinate dates and timelines with plant and project management.
• Proactively communicate scheduling constraints and propose solutions.
